Questions and answers about exchanging in Alicante
Here are the answers to what people ask before a first exchange: who we are, how the rate and the meeting work, which USDT networks fit and how to get the euros into an account. The bot shows the terms for the amount you have in mind, before any order is sent.
Who we are and how to recognize the real bot
Why can you trust us?
We have worked since 2022, and today we pay out cash euros in 17+ cities in Spain, Alicante among them — since March 2023. The rate is in front of you before the order goes out, and the USDT you can hand over at the meeting. To newcomers we ourselves suggest starting with a small amount.
Who is the exchange run through?
Through Vega Exchange: the rate, the payment details, the confirmation of an order and support are all in the official Vega Exchange Telegram bot, and the manager brings the cash euros to the meeting. There is more about us on our "About us" page.
How do I know the bot is the real one?
Open it with a button on this site rather than from search: Telegram has accounts with similar names. Everything an order involves reaches this bot's chat: the confirmation, the details for the payment, the place of the meeting, the manager's message that they are on the way. If there is no order, we don't write first, and an address or details for a transfer exist inside a confirmed order only.
Can I come to your office?
No. We meet outdoors, in the city from your order: exchanges don't take place in an office, and managers don't come into apartments or buildings.
Who will help if something has gone wrong?
The operator, in their chat inside the bot — "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator). There they see your order and sort the question out. If that does not settle it, the support section still has the button "Написать руководителю" (Write to the head).
Will you ask for documents?
We may — a passport or another ID, and details of the person sending the money. Without a document we exchange on full prepayment alone.
USDT: networks, fee, transfer
Which networks do you take USDT on?
Four of them: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and TON. You mark the network in the order form, and the USDT has to go out on exactly that one: coins that left on a different network usually cannot be brought back. If your USDT sits on an exchange account, you choose the network at the moment of withdrawal, so check it against the order.
Who pays the network fee?
Whoever sends the transfer. From your own wallet you pay the network charge in its native coin — for TRC20 that is TRX — so hold a small balance of it. The size of the charge depends on the network and on how busy the blockchain is.
Do I send the USDT beforehand or at the meeting?
That is yours to decide, and the form asks about it: "Перевод сейчас или при встрече?" (Payment now or at the meeting?). The bot accepts a large sum in advance only, and without a document full prepayment is the one option. Where to send it you learn from the confirmed order and nowhere else.
Can the USDT come from an exchange account?
Yes, just as from a personal wallet. When you withdraw, pick the network your order names.
Do you exchange bitcoin or other coins?
No — USDT is the only cryptocurrency we work with. If you hold bitcoin or another coin, convert it into USDT on an exchange account and place the order with the USDT.
Do you sell USDT for cash euros?
Yes. The cash euros you give to the manager, and we send the USDT to the wallet and the network from your order. How that is arranged is set out on our "USDT to euros" page.
How the rate is calculated
Where can I see the rate?
The rate is visible right in the order form. The bot works it out for your amount before anything is sent, and you can look as often as you like — it commits you to nothing. When the order goes out, the rate in it is locked, and at the meeting it will be the same. We have laid out every step on our "How the exchange works" page.
What affects the rate?
Five conditions. They are the amount, the payout method, the payout day, the moment you pay and your loyalty rating. The rule on the amount is simple: the larger the exchange, the better the rate. And if you transfer the USDT in advance or collect the euros the next day, the rate can move in your favor too.
Is there a fee?
Not as a separate line: the margin already sits in the rate. The cash rate also covers delivery and checking the bills, which is why the rate for a meeting and the rate for a transfer differ. The network fee on a USDT transfer is paid by the sender.
Can I catch the rate I want?
Yes. Set your own figure in the bot, and the notification comes as soon as the rate reaches your mark.
What is the loyalty rating for?
It moves your rate. The more exchanges you complete, the higher the rating, and the higher the rating, the better the rate. A canceled order or a missed meeting brings it down, so an order once sent is worth seeing through.
Rubles, cash dollars, a bank account and invoices
How do I change rubles into euros?
You transfer the rubles from a card of any Russian bank, SBP included, and only to the details from the confirmed order — before you get the euros. We take cash rubles too; those you give the manager at the meeting. It is better to keep the receipt for the transfer: if the money is held up somewhere, the operator will have something to work with. No crypto is needed for this, and the rest is on our "rubles to euros" page.
How do I get the euros into an account?
Two ways. One is a transfer through Revolut, SEPA, Wise, SEPA Instant or Paysera, and every system has its own rate. The other is the ATM: the manager pays the cash into your Spanish account at Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank or Sabadell, and a deposit like that is paid for up front, the whole amount.
Do you pay invoices?
Yes. If you have to pay for studies, housing or a purchase in the EU, we pay the invoice in euros while you settle up in USDT or rubles, and the money reaches the recipient directly. People do this when a Spanish university has issued the invoice and their own money is in rubles.
Do you exchange cash dollars?
We do, but only at a meeting — we take the dollars in cash. In return we hand out cash euros or top up your Spanish account through an ATM.
Amounts and payout times
What is the minimum amount?
The city and the way you take the euros set it, so there is no single figure. The bot names the minimum as soon as you pick a direction and a city — that is, before you send the order.
And if the amount is large?
We exchange those too; the path is just a little longer. One order has an upper limit, so an amount above it is split across several orders. Past a certain threshold we take USDT in advance only, and rubles come in parts — the details for each part appear in the order.
How soon is the cash handed over?
That can be the order's own day or the one after it — you choose as you fill the form in. The earlier an order goes out, the simpler it is for the manager to reach you at the hour you need. If time is short, say so to the operator at once: they will tell you whether today is realistic.
How long does a transfer to an account take?
Every payment system has its own timeframe, and SEPA Instant usually arrives sooner than ordinary SEPA; much also depends on your own bank. How long the transfer on a given order will take, the bot will tell you.
Cities, the meeting and a change of plans
Which cities do you hand out cash in?
There are 17+ of them across Spain. Four are on this site: Alicante, where we have been since March 2023, Elche since September 2025, Santa Pola and Gran Alacant. The last of them has a line of its own on the list, though it belongs to Santa Pola. The bot shows the complete list at the step where you choose a city.
Where does the meeting take place?
In the city from your order. You choose the time slot as you fill the form in, and the exact place you discuss with the operator in the bot's chat; the manager will confirm it shortly before the meeting.
And the meeting itself — how does it go?
The manager is outdoors, in a busy spot, usually beside their car. You hand over the cash or make the transfer, and in return you get what you chose in the order. There is no need to worry in advance: before setting off, the manager writes in the chat and confirms the place.
What do I do if my plans change?
Tell the operator as early as you can, in the "Связаться с оператором" chat. An order can be canceled, but a cancellation, like a no-show, pulls your loyalty rating down, and if it drops to zero, access to exchanges is closed.
The rate first, then the money
Choose your exchange direction in the official Telegram bot: the rate and the amount you'll receive appear before the order goes out.
