What our crypto exchange in Alicante handles
Three exchange routes end in euros, one in USDT. In the bot you choose the one you need and see the rate before you even send the order.
-
USDT to euros
You can sell crypto to us via USDT on one of these networks: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 or TON. Swap any other coin for USDT yourself first. We pay out the euros in cash at a meeting, transfer them to an account, or deposit them into your account through a Spanish bank's ATM.
-
Rubles to euros
You don't need any crypto for this route. You hand over the rubles in cash at a meeting or transfer them from a Russian bank. The transfer is made before the payout, using the details from the confirmed order. We pay out the euros in cash or transfer them to an account.
-
Cash dollars to euros
We take the dollars in cash and pay out the euros in cash or deposit them into your Spanish account at an ATM. Placing the order works the same way as for USDT.
-
Cash euros to USDT
You can buy crypto with cash too: you give the euros to the manager at the meeting, and the USDT goes to the wallet specified in the order.
How exchanging crypto works
The bot handles the order, the operator arranges the meeting, and the manager brings the cash. You don't need to send anything until you've seen the terms.
-
The bot calculates the rate right away
You specify the amount, what you give, what you want to get and which city. The calculation appears at once: the rate and the amount you'll get.
-
The order locks in the rate
The rate is locked in the moment you send the order and doesn't change after that. After the operator confirms the order, the details for the transfer appear in it.
-
USDT — before or at the meeting
You decide in the order when to transfer the USDT: in advance or with the manager beside you. An exchange account or a personal wallet will do. Leave some of the network's native coin in the wallet for the fee — TRX on TRC20, for instance. With a large amount, the bot offers only an advance transfer.
-
Euros — in cash or to an account
You pick the meeting time in the order, the operator settles the place, and the manager confirms it all shortly before the meeting. You can get the cash as early as the day of the order. A transfer or an ATM deposit goes to the account named in the order.
Checking the rate in the bot commits you to nothing: the order goes out only when you send it.
Open the Telegram botExchanges via Vega Exchange
Everything goes through the official Vega Exchange Telegram bot: there you see the rate, place an order and write to support. In the bot you'll find a mini app with a rate calculator and your loyalty program rating. We advise newcomers to start with a small exchange: that way you test every step, from the order to the money, without risk.
Support in the bot replies in Russian.
All in one place: rate, order, support
Open the Telegram bot- Copies of the bot show up in Telegram search. The button opens the real one, and after the first launch it stays in your list of chats.
- The confirmation, the payment details and the manager's "on my way" message arrive in your chat with the bot. If there's no order and a "manager" writes to you, it isn't us.
- A dispute about an order goes to support in the bot; such issues aren't resolved in private messages.
- If a dispute drags on, the support section has a button called "Написать руководителю" (Write to the head).
Where to cash out crypto in Alicante and nearby
Our manager hands over the cash euros at a meeting in Alicante — outdoors, in a public spot, most often beside their car. Managers don't go into apartments or offices. Exchanges don't take place in an office: we agree on the place and time after the order is confirmed.
We have been paying out cash in Alicante since March 2023. In Elche, Santa Pola and Gran Alacant we also pay out cash on the spot — each of these towns has its own page. You'll find the other cities in the bot's full list, and we transfer euros to an account in any city in Spain, no meeting needed.
Special cases
The bot answers each of these questions before you send the order: the terms are worked out for your amount, route and city.
- If your amount is small, the bot will name the minimum before you even place the order: it differs for each city and payout method.
- If your city isn't on this page, look through the full list in the bot. Transfers to an account are available across Spain.
- If you need to pay a euro invoice for studies, rent or a purchase, we'll pay it for your USDT or rubles.
- If you need the euros in an account, the bot will show the rate separately for each transfer system.
- If the rate doesn't suit you yet, turn on an alert in the bot: you'll get a message when the rate reaches the value you set.
Frequently asked questions
How can I exchange crypto for cash in Alicante?
The exchange starts in the official Vega Exchange Telegram bot. The order lists the route, the amount, the payout method and your city, and the bot calculates the rate right away. Once the operator confirms the order, the manager brings the euros in cash to the agreed place. You transfer the USDT beforehand or when the manager is already with you.
Why can you trust us?
We've been working since 2022 and pay out cash in 17+ cities across Spain, and in Alicante since March 2023. You can hand over USDT at the meeting, and the rate is visible before you send the order.
What's the rate, and what's the fee?
There's no separate fee — the margin is already built into the rate. The blockchain network fee is paid by whoever sends the USDT. The bot calculates the rate for your order based on the amount, the payout method, when you pay, when the payout happens and your rating in the loyalty program. The larger the exchange, the better the rate. That's why the site shows no figures.
Do I have to send the USDT before the meeting?
No, that's your call: the order form asks when you'll transfer the USDT, beforehand or in the manager's presence. The bot asks for a large amount to be sent in advance, and you see this before you send the order. You can send it from an exchange account or from a personal wallet. From a personal wallet, the network fee is charged in the network's native coin (for TRC20, that's TRX), so leave a little in the wallet.
What's the minimum amount for an exchange?
There is a threshold, but no single figure: each city, route and payout method has its own. Cash in Alicante has one minimum, and a transfer to an account has another. The bot names the minimum right after you choose the route, before you send the order.
When can I get the cash?
We pay out cash either on the day you order or the day after, and the rate differs between the two. You set the time in the order and settle the place with the operator; the manager confirms the meeting shortly before it. How long a transfer takes to reach your account depends on the transfer system, and the bot gives you the time frame for your order. You can still cancel an order after sending it, but your loyalty rating will drop, and the rate depends on that rating.
Can I get the euros in my bank account?
Yes. You can choose SEPA, SEPA Instant, Revolut, Wise or Paysera, an ATM deposit into your Spanish account, or payment of a euro invoice for USDT or rubles. You don't need a meeting for this: you send the USDT or rubles against the confirmed order, and the euros land in your account.
Do I need to travel to Alicante?
No. You can also meet the manager in Elche, Santa Pola, Gran Alacant and other cities in Spain: the bot shows the full list at the city step. A transfer to an account needs no meeting — it works across Spain.
Can I buy crypto with cash?
Yes, that's the "cash euros to USDT" route. You give the network and the wallet address in the order. You hand the euros to the manager at the meeting, and the USDT goes to that wallet on the terms of the order.
Which networks do you accept USDT on?
TRC20, ERC20, BEP20 and TON all work. You mark the network you need in the order, and the address for the transfer comes after the order is confirmed. Make sure the USDT goes out on exactly the network chosen in the order: on a different network the coins may be lost.
Which banks can I send rubles from?
Any Russian bank will do: the order form offers Sber, T-Bank, Raiffeisen, SBP and a "Другой банк" (Other bank) option. The payment details for the transfer appear in the order after it's confirmed.
Which crypto do you accept besides USDT?
The only crypto our exchange takes is USDT: crypto is always exchanged through this stablecoin. Swap any other coin for USDT first, on an exchange account or in your own wallet, and then place the order. Besides USDT, we exchange rubles, cash dollars and euros.
Will I need to show documents?
You may be asked. Vega Exchange has the right to request an ID and information about who is sending the transfer. Without a document, an exchange is possible only with full prepayment.
What if the manager doesn't turn up or the money doesn't arrive?
Write to the bot's support right away, using the "Связаться с оператором" (Contact the operator) chat. There, an operator will take up your order. If the issue still isn't resolved, tap "Написать руководителю" (Write to the head) in the support section. A USDT transaction hash (TxID) or a receipt for the ruble transfer will help with the review, so keep them.
The rate first, then the money
Choose your exchange direction in the official Telegram bot: the rate and the amount you'll receive appear before the order goes out.
